Ken Hood
Managing Partner
Ken started his career with BCG and went on to lead multiple startups to exit that involved a fusion of hardware and software. He spent the last 10 years in the IoT space and sold his last company, ClearAccess, to Cisco. Ken is passionate about helping entrepreneurs build great companies finding ways to ensure that passion, talent, and aspirations come together for the team.

Alex Kunczynski

Alex is a co-founder of D&K Engineering that has become the leading smart machine design and manufacturing company for growth companies. Alex focuses on leading the engineering and technology teams there. Alex invented the PRP (Product Realization Process) that D&K uses today as its proprietary methodology for helping clients reduce their risk and get their products to market with maximum impact.

Scott comes from a mechatronics background and is passionate about creating cutting edge solutions for companies that disrupt markets.

Mark Fleischauer

Mark Fleischauer has been a senior executive, CEO and Chairman of numerous successful entities ranging from start-ups to well-established ventures with thousands of employees and revenues in excess of $500M. He has particular experience in the energy, health care and real estate sectors and has quarterbacked numerous private placements, recaps and M&As to significant public company exits. He is a graduate of Stanford, the London School of Economics and the University of Washington School of Law.

John brings 20+ years of leadership experience as an executive, advisor, director and serial startup founder with multiple exits. He has extensive domain expertise in product/market fit and Go2Market strategy for SaaS, mobile and hardware solutions holding over 10 patents in the space. John is a graduate of Pomona College and Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management.

Takeshi Kasai
Partner
Takeshi is Owner and President of Proactional Ltd., and senior advisor to Japanese financial institutions, corporates, and system developers. He is also President of Kasai Industry Co., Ltd., which is in the ceramics industry. His background is largely in finance and management consulting, leveraging financial engineering, management strategy, and IT development. As Global Head, he has led the risk advisory business at Tokai Bank and UFJ Bank. Takeshi is a graduate of Keio University and Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management.
